Garlic

Garlic has hot, dry temperament. It contains volatile oil, sulfur, some enzymes, vitamin B, minerals and Flavonoids.
Garlic is a natural antibiotic. Induce perspiration, reduces high blood pressure, reduces cholesterol, and reduces blood sugar level and a good antihistamine.
It has been used since thousands of years to reduce cholesterol level. It has been used through centuries and proved to be preventing heart attacks. It can be safely taken by heart patients. Laboratory test and uses on large number of patients have proved garlic to be vitalizing the immune system. Its strong odor contains sulfur which is responsible for most of its health benefits. This is the reason that odorless garlic products are not so as effective as fresh garlic.
Garlic is widely used in patients with heart problems due to its safety and effectiveness. Due to its ability to expand blood vessels, it is a good natural remedy for hypertension. The herb is taken fresh to reduce elevated blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes.
For best results, fresh garlic is used. But due to its strong unwanted odor, its tablets, capsules or powdered form is also used. It is a good practice to constantly add garlic to your food and salad. This is one way of using garlic without the unwanted odor. If you still feel some bad breath, eat a few leaves of coriander or eat an apple. Its use in food or in salads is good to achieve all health benefits mentioned above.
Liquid extract or garlic juice is difficult to drink. During my career, I have met many people who amazingly drink it without any problem. This juice is good for digestive problems and atherosclerosis. Cut 2 to 4 cloves of garlic into small pieces and keep them in a glass of water overnight. Filter and drink the water next day it is good for get rid of intestinal worms.
You can prepare Garlic capsules by yourself at home, which is a good alternative to the commercially available expensive garlic oil tablets. These capsules, with two grams of garlic powder, prevent recurring heart attacks.
Garlic is very hot and overdose can result in stomach problems. Cooked garlic in food is generally harmless. Too much garlic during pregnancy can cause heartburn and may cause breastfeeding babies to hate mother’s milk due to its undesirable taste. To get rid of the unwanted garlic smell eats a little coriander or an apple.
